What this fabric does

  • Indigo transfers onto pale bags and pale seats for the first few wears. Wash it once before a light-coloured car.
  • Heaviest hem in the Everyday line. It does not lift much in moving air.
Fabric and care in full

Why it is made this way

Standard denim is 12 to 14 oz and unwearable in August. This is 6.5 oz, which is roughly the weight of a heavy shirting, and it moves like one.

The wash is done at the garment stage, so the colour is settled before it reaches you and the first home wash will not change it much.
